Loretta H. Cockrum is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Foram Group, Inc., a real estate asset management company specializing in property acquisition, development, management and leasing. Ms. Cockrum's passion and dedication to the real estate industry are reflected in her more than 35 years of experience in almost every facet of the business.
John H. Breistol / President of Foram Group
John Breistol is the President of Foram Group, Inc. His primary responsibility is development, design and construction of all properties in South Florida. Currently, Mr. Breistol is directing the team at Brickell Financial Centre, Florida's largest green building currently under construction in the heart of Miami's financial district on prestigious Brickell Avenue. Brickell Financial Centre consists of Phases I and Phase II and the completed project will be 1.5 million-square-feet of Class A, mixed use space.
William Urban, II C.P.A. / Chief Financial Officer
Bill Urban joined the Foram Group in 2006 as its Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the oversight of the financial aspects of the Foram Group and its managed entities. Mr. Urban has 29 years experience in the real estate, wholesale/retail, transportation, education, banking, and not for profit industries.
Jeannette Rivera / Project Manager
As Design Manager for Brickell Financial Centre, Jeannette is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the design within the requirements and corporate philosophy of Foram Development. Her experience in both design and construction allows her to review design with a critical eye for aesthetics, cost and constructability of the shell and core as well as the tenant improvement work, all while maintaining our LEED program requirements. She is also spearheading all of the permitting and government agency approvals.
Paris Del Rio / Project Manager
As a Project Manager for Brickell Financial Centre, Paris Del Rio is responsible for cost management and design assist for new and existing construction design changes on the site.
