Barbara G. Roush
Chief Operating Officer
Hailing from 28 years of management and sales experience in the resort and private club industries, Barbara Roush joined Foram Group, Inc. in 2007 as Chief Operating Officer.
Ms. Roush manages internal operations, as well as the public relations and marketing teams, and supports the commercial leasing efforts for Miami's Brickell Financial Centre, Florida's largest LEED pre-certified "green" commercial building and The Bartram in Gainesville, one of the first "green" luxury apartment projects in the US. Ms. Roush also assists in the marketing of 20,000 acres of timberland and master planned communities in Georgia, South Carolina and Colorado.
Prior to Foram Group, Ms. Roush was Executive Director of Membership at Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo for 12 years. Her additional sales and management experience includes positions as Sales Manager at The Homestead in Virginia, Director of Sales at the Doral Resort & Country Club in Miami and Food and Beverage Director at Timberline Lodge in Oregon, where she managed the catering department and organized all special events. Before her corporate career, Ms. Roush was honing her administration skills teaching elementary and middle school in Ohio and Seoul, Korea for 10 years.
Ms. Roush is a graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in Music Education and additional credits in Children's Theater and Psychology. She is an Elder at the First Presbyterian Church on Brickell Avenue and a member of the Club Management Association of America and the U. S. Green Building Council. Ms. Roush lives in Miami with her husband, Nic, a retired executive with the Beacon Council.
