Bill Urban

Bill Urban joined the Foram Group in 2006 as its Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the oversight of the financial aspects of the Foram Group and its managed entities. Mr. Urban has 29 years experience in the real estate, wholesale/retail, transportation, education, banking, and not for profit industries.
Since 1985 Mr. Urban was a Partner/Principal/Director with CBIZ of South Florida ATA (f/k/a McClain & Company), located in Miami, Florida. His primary responsibilities were handling over 350 clients, ranging from corporate clients with annual revenues approaching 500 million to high net worth individuals. He was the head of the audit department and the real estate accounting and tax division.
Mr. Urban is responsible for all aspects of accounting for the Brickell Financial Centre, the first LEED pre-certified, "Green" office building in the State of Florida, The Bartram, a multi-facet, luxury apartment complex in Gainesville, Florida which is also planned as a "green" building". He also oversees the accounting for ten commercial office buildings located in Jacksonville, Boca Raton and Ft Lauderdale, and the accounting for over 20,000 acres of farm, timberland and master planned communities in Georgia, South Carolina and Colorado.
Mr. Urban is married and has four children. He is a Florida Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an associate member of the Government Finance Officers' Association, an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
