Danet Linares, Senior Vice President, Director of Real Estate Services will manage all aspects of leasing and marketing for Brickell Financial Centre. Ms. Linares' previous responsibilities were managing and leasing Bank of America Tower at International Place, a 600,959 square foot, 47-story Class-A office building in Downtown Miami, Florida.

She was brought in to lead an ambitious leasing and marketing initiative at the office building. Ms. Linares increased occupancy from 73% in 2004 to 97% in 2007, a record which positioned Bank of America Tower at International Place to win the 2007 BOMA "Building of the Year" award in its category. This past year, Ms. Linares leased more than 177,000 square feet of office space and closed the largest lease in all of downtown Miami - a 76,000 square foot renewal and expansion deal for law firm Carlton Fields.

Meanwhile, Ms. Linares embarked on an ambitious marketing campaign to regain Bank of America Tower at International Place's position as a preeminent Class-A office tower in not only the Downtown market, but throughout the tri-county area. Highlights include hosting numerous high-profile events with corporations and sponsors including the likes of Art Basel, MTV, Heineken, The ING Miami Marathon, Ocean Drive Magazine, John Travolta, The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, The Miami International Film Festival, Florida Marlins, Starbucks, Best Buddies and many more.

Prior to joining Blue Capital, Ms. Linares served as a senior sales associate for CB Richard Ellis Real Estate Services. She was responsible for all aspects of leasing Wachovia Financial Center, a 1.3 million square foot, 55-story Class-A building in Downtown Miami. While there, she handled marketing and touring of all available space; prepared economic analysis required to evaluate transactions; negotiated and implemented the leasing process; and recommended, prepared and implemented marketing programs including print materials and web based presentations as well as broker interaction and special events. Prior to that, she worked as a regional leasing manager and assistant property manager for Shorenstien Realty Services. And she got her start in real estate at Hines Interests Limited Partnership, where she served as property manager and marketing assistant.

Ms. Linares holds an AS from St.John's University in Queens, New York, and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida. She has received numerous accolades including, Top Women in Commercial Real Estate by Florida Real Estate Journal, Member of the Year by Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Best Commercial Real Estate Agent of 2006 by South Florida CEO and Commercial Real Estate Heavy Hitter by South Florida Business Journal. She is also involved with several business and civic organizations, including CREW-Miami, for whom she raised a record $80,000 for in 2006, and currently serves as president-elect; The Women's Fund, which supports women's organizations through grants; the DDA (Downtown Development Authority); the Beacon Council; and The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, where she Chairs the "Good Morning Miami" committee.
