George Kousoulas, Director of Architecture, works with the President and Director of Foram Development on the development of Phase II of the Brickell Financial Centre. A registered Architect, Mr. Kousoulas has over 25 years in the field and a wide range of experience including the new Washington, DC Convention Center, the Luxor Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, as well as smaller, prestigious projects such as the Lincoln Memorial and White House Visitor Center.

Most recently, he managed RTKL's effort on Brickell Financial Centre's Phase I, now under construction. Mr. Kousoulas brings to the Foram team, design insight and construction expertise from the architectural perspective. Whether dealing with one of the largest wood veneer walls ever built or the most up-to-date unitized aluminum curtainwalls, he has looked for the elegant and buildable solution. At Foram, he intends to focus on bringing the best out of a talented array of architectural and engineering consultants in each facet of upcoming projects, from broad planning concepts to refined interior details.

Mr. Kousoulas is registered as an architect in the District of Columbia, is a member of the American Institute of Architects, holds NCARB Certification, a Master of Science from MIT and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami. He was also the longest serving member of the Montgomery County (MD) Historic Preservation Commission, 5 years as Chairman. He is married and has one son.
