As Design Manager for Brickell Financial Centre, Jeannette is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the design within the requirements and corporate philosophy of Foram Development. Her experience in both design and construction allows her to review design with a critical eye for aesthetics, cost and constructability of the shell and core as well as the tenant improvement work, all while maintaining our LEED program requirements. She is also spearheading all of the permitting and government agency approvals.

As the building gets under construction, she will be heavily involved with Foram's quality control and quality assurance of the project.

Jeannette joins Foram after working as an Assistant Project Manager for Pavarini Construction, working in a luxury condominium residence, where she was responsible for identifying and tracking the progress and resolution of all critical items that affected the job schedule, including code compliance review, review of trade application for payments and collaboration on the progress update of exterior trades.

Jeannette has also worked on numerous luxury condominium residence projects during her time as Staff Architect for BC Architects AIA, Inc., where she provided Construction Administration services.

Jeannette has a Professional Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami School of Architecture and a Masters in Construction Management from Florida International University.
